Fountain View Site Plan
The Fountain View occupies one of the most prominent locations in Lincoln Square. The new building overlooks Giddings Plaza, an intimate and actively programmed public square designed in the European tradition. Giddings Plaza was created in the late 1970's as part of a major community redevelopment initiative that converted a two block stretch of Lincoln Avenue into a pedestrian-oriented shopping district and simplified the neighborhood's traffic patterns. Subsequent public investments have further enhanced the streetscape with new signage, trees, planters, benches and the tiered fountain for which the building is named. >> View Fountain View location with Google Maps
